Thanks for the Memories, 2014

I try to use this space to remind myself of all the lovely things I've had chance to do, and refocus myself away from the groans and grumbles typical after a long day/week/month of work deadlines or other little struggles. 2014 was not without its challenges but there were lots of highlights along the way that I want to remember. On NYE, M suggested we each write 10 of our 2014 highlights. Those 10 are below, as well as some of my other favourites.

In 2015, I promise to try to:
  • Take (more) pleasure in all the little things
  • Spend more time with friends
  • Take more time out alone
  • Ruminate less
  • Exercise more
  • Be kinder to myself
